Our steel fabrication processes give us the ability to create prototypes quickly, per spec. Working with our tool & die shop, we can enhance these prototype designs and manufacture the ideal stamped metal component.

Our quality control lab utilizes a fully-automated CMM machine for measurements and layout inspection, to ensure supreme efficiency and productivity from our facility. FBSC has capabilities for first-piece part inspection, PPAPs, process flow charts, in-process inspections, final inspections, statistical studies, material certifications, FMEAs, control plans, lot traceability, gauge calibration, and other quality assurance programs.
